This Maryland Certified Turf contains a blend of 90% turf-type tall fescue and 10% bluegrass. This blend is designed to withstand the hot summers and cold winters of the Mid-Atlantic region.

- 1 Roll = 2 feet x 5 feet = 10 square feet
- Weight depends on how much moisture is in the ground at the time of harvest, but rolls are generally 25-35 pounds
- We deliver our sod on Friday as long as the fields are dry and we have sufficient orders.

Prices include delivery to all addresses in the Zone 1 zone. Additional delivery fees apply to extended zones.
